Vera antwortet sehr schnell und versucht bei jedem Anliegen zu helfen wo sie kann. Zudem hat sie für uns den Kontakt zum Vermieter einer weiteren Wohneinheit hergestellt, da wir Verlängern wollten, ihre Wohneinheiten aber bereits ausgebucht waren.
An unserem ersten Abend hat es im Zimmer nach Gas gerochen. Vera war noch um 0:30 in der Nacht erreichbar und ihr Mann kam sofort vorbei. Daraufhin wurde die Gasflasche (von Herd und Ofen) abmontiert und vor die Tür gestellt wurde. Nachdem wir gelüftet haben, war der Geruch vollständig verschwunden.
Ob etwas undicht war oder sich der Vormieter nachlässig verhalten hat, kann ich nicht sagen.
Das wichtige ist, dass das Problem ernst genommen wurde und sofort versucht wurde zu helfen!

logement super bien situé, tout était propre. Très bonne cuisine. Le nettoyage quotidien de la chambre est un vrai plus, surtout avec tout le sable que nous ramenons, nous recommandons vivement ce logement
